Parent Handbook

We are thrilled to have your child join us for an exciting summer filled with swimming, sports, STEM activities, a game room, cooking classes, field trips, and assemblies! Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, and engaging environment where children can create lifelong memories.

Our staff is hand-selected, background-checked, and CPR-certified with extensive experience in childcare and summer camp programming. Safety and quality care are our top priorities.

Please read this handbook carefully, as it outlines important policies and procedures for a smooth and enjoyable camp experience.

Behavior Expectations & Discipline Policy

We encourage positive behavior and expect all campers to:
✅ Respect others and camp property.
✅ Follow directions from staff.
✅ Engage in activities safely and kindly.

Discipline Process:

  1. Verbal Warning

  2. Cool Down & Discussion

  3. Parent Notification

  4. Behavior Plan / Suspension (if necessary)

We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, violence, or unsafe behavior.

Field Trips

Field Trips & Transportation

Field trips will occur weekly and may include parks, museums, water parks, and special attractions.

Transportation is provided by certified drivers in licensed vehicles.

Children must wear camp T-shirts on field trip days.

Parents will receive a monthly field trip calendar with details.

children have to be at school no later than 9am unless otherwise stated

Health & Safety Policies

  • All staff are CPR & First Aid Certified.

  • If a child has a fever (100.4°F or higher), vomiting, or contagious illness, they must stay home for 24 hours after symptoms subside.

  • Parents must provide emergency contact information and update it as needed.

  • In case of an injury, parents will be notified immediately.
